Pizza Hut

Had a pickup order supposed to be ready at 524. It’s 554 and I’m still waiting. Apparently they’re out of all ingredients including dough. Will avoid in the future. Still waiting. I did get a refund but it’s unfortunate that I was told “15 min” over 35 min ago. Finally received my food at more than an hour after the pickup time.

This place always takes care of my pizza fix. If they get it wrong, they throw in extra goodies like a free melt and a 2 liter of soda or a dessert for free. The staff and the manager are always respectful, cheery, and pleasant. This is my "go-to" pizza place for friday nights.

Awful....thought we would try the new melts. Had trouble ordering online had to order numerous times before I called and than it wasn't a problem. When it arrived there was absolutely no dipping sauce except ranch for the chicken, bacon, ranch. Funny it had no chicken nor bacon. It was cheese and very little pepperoni?? Won't do that again.

The girl working just canceled my order 30minutes before close because they’re unprepared and don’t have breadsticks thawed so I just lost all of my points I tried to redeem. Also stupid I can’t get a pizza because they’re out of bread sticks. Sounds like pure laziness to me. Super unprofessional I don’t get how it’s my issue they can’t be prepared enough to have one of the most popular products ready to be sold. I am completely disgusted with her attitude on top of this. She thought it was funny we were upset we lost our points. That’s probably why she didn’t give me her name. Well I’ll never order from here again and will be sure to let my family and neighbors know not to waste their time and money. Thanks for nothing

I put in an order at 10pm and when I picked it up, the guys working were super cool with me and didn’t seem bothered at all how late I was making them work. They also gave me a survey card that gets me free cinnamon sticks next time I go in, so l was pretty happy about that. Great pizza as always, especially with the stuffed crust. The cookies are amazing too!
